Questions patients ask most
Most complete dentures take four to six weeks from the first scan to the final fitting, with two or three appointments in between. Repairs and relines are usually completed within the same week.
No. Tooth shape, shade and gum characterisation are designed against a photograph of your face, and the finishing is done by hand. The aim is a result nobody identifies as a prosthesis.
Rarely. Digital intraoral scanning replaces conventional impressions in the majority of cases, which is faster and far more comfortable. Traditional impressions are only used where clinically necessary.
The practice is private, but a written treatment plan with fixed pricing is provided after your assessment, and interest-free payment plans are available over six or twelve months.
Daily cleaning with a soft brush and a non-abrasive cleanser, an overnight soak, and a review appointment once a year. You will receive written aftercare guidance at your fitting.
A follow-up review is scheduled at two weeks, and adjustments in the first three months are included at no extra cost. You can also contact the practice at any time for an earlier appointment.
